WHAT IS SUCCESS:
Balance:

Financial Strength

Engaged Customers

Excellent Processes

Savvy Systems

Managed Risk

Talent At It's Best

Success is defined by the person, team or Organization with the goal and/or vision.

At times, success can be defined as a tangible outcome such as more revenue or reduced costs.  Other times it's intangible benefits that translate to business success like increased engagement = less turnover or customer loyalty = stabilized sales.

What we've learned through our clients transitions is that success is creating and facilitating the success of others.  When investment in an individual happens, teams are strong.  When teams are strong, customers are engaged.  When customers are engaged, companies thrive.  When companies thrive, communities succeed.

My career has been a series of fortunate unplanned events and extraordinary people along the way.  In my 20's I didn't know where I was going, I just knew I wanted to be somewhere.  A fantastic Leader recruited me from a privately held retail chain to a Fortune 500 Company where I learned financing and lending structures or "stacks".  Surrounded by seasoned pro's, I was lucky to observe how they ran teams and P&L's.  In my 30's, I was tapped by a start up company by an extraordinary Leader that evolved into a billion dollar origination, publicly traded Company in 10 years.  There was so much talent in one company, so much dedication to the collective success.  This company had some type of footprint in 100+ locations including other countries before it was vogue to do so.  The culture there was an embedded respect for people and service.  It was special.  In my 40's, I joined a technology company positioning to scale with one customer and then "exit" (sell) with 20 of nations leading financial institutions as customers. Immediately followed by another company focused on asset management, destined to do the same with a global investment firm.  This is where I saw entrepreneurship at its best, creative yet disciplined and succeed on the premise of "doing well by doing good".

Through it all, I've maintained relationships, tools and experiences to continue to learn from and share.
